Every choice is checked against the rest of your build. Socket mismatches, an undersized power supply or memory that will bottleneck you are flagged before you pay, not after.

- How does the PC Builder make sure my parts fit together?
- As you pick components, the builder checks them against each other in real time. It flags an Intel CPU paired with an AMD motherboard (and the reverse), estimates your build's total power draw and warns you if the power supply is undersized or has less than 30% headroom, and points out RAM configurations that will hold your system back. Anything blocking is shown as an issue, anything worth knowing as a warning — so you find out before you order, not after.
- Which components do I have to choose?
- Six are required for a working machine: processor, motherboard, RAM, power supply, casing, and a storage device. Everything else — graphics card, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headphones and other peripherals — is optional, so you can reuse what you already own and only buy the parts you actually need.
- Do I have to build a full PC, or can I buy a single part?
- Either. Use the PC Builder when you want a complete machine checked end to end, or browse the catalog and add individual components straight to your cart. Both go through the same checkout, and you can mix an in-progress build with single parts.
- How can I pay?
- Cash on delivery, or online by card. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Which methods are available is shown on the checkout page before you confirm anything.
- What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
- We deliver nationwide, typically within 2-5 business days. A flat home-delivery charge is added to your order and is always shown in the checkout summary before you place the order — there are no charges added afterwards.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes. Every order moves through five stages — Order Placed, Processing, Shipped, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. Head to the Track Order page and enter your order details to see where yours currently is.
- Are the parts genuine, and do they come with warranty?
- Every component is sourced from authorized distributors and carries its official manufacturer warranty. If something arrives faulty or fails within the warranty period, contact support and we will help you through the claim.
- Can I save a build and come back to it later?
- You can save builds and share a build with someone else from the PC Builder. Note that your in-progress build and cart are held in your browser for the current session, so avoid a full page refresh mid-build — save the build first if you want to step away.
